I get an error when activating a license

If you receive an error message that the license can’t be activated then the most common error are:

You have requested a new license key and your old license key is still associated with your Smartphone. Please send us an email with the original license key and the phone ID, so that the old license key can be deactivated.

They have a corporate license keys and you reached the quantity ordered. In this case you need to purchase additional device licenses.

For Blackberrys please check the default connection settings under the license menu. One of the connection BIS, BES or APN Direct TCP for communication must be configured. In the APN Direct TCP settings the APN of the provider must be entered. Please follow this URL:
