Dictating with ProRecorder
Our application enables you to make voice-notes or to record dictations. Hereby the application records sound coming from a microphone or a stationary dictation device which is connected to the sound card. The result can be saved in various formats.
ProRecorder is a desktop application for audio recording on MS-Windows systems.

Among others, following features are provided:
- addition of dictation informations
- insertions into an existing dictation
- deletion of parts of an audio file
- adjustment of play-back volume

With the completion of the ICA drivers for Linux operating systems, the BrainWorks GmbH has taken another successful step for using ProDictate digital dictation management system with LISCON thin clients. LISCON thin clients are available with LISCON Linux operating system, as well as with Windows XP Embedded and thus provide an unprecedented flexibility.

System requirements depend on the individual circumstances of deployment. Items like number of users, intensity of system usage, amount of data, etc., are important parameters in this respect. The list below is only a suggestion for a minimal system, supposing average circumstances.
